SHIPPING INFO
Shipment takes place immediately after purchase or on the next working day at the latest (weekends and Bulgarian public holidays excluded). The goods are shipped via the courier service DPD or GLS and usually takes about 2 weeks. In the second step, the shipping costs are displayed in the basket and vary from country to country (depending on the DPD/GLS foreign export tariff). If the costs for your country do not appear, please ask for them at nbgroup_2020@abv.bg. Larger parts such as gearboxes, axles, engines, etc. are delivered free of charge by forwarding agent. The price and delivery time will also be communicated to the customer by e-mail and may vary from country to country.

In the event of incorrectly delivered or damaged goods, the buyer must immediately contact the following address nbgroup_2020@abv.bg. NB Group 2020 EOOD accepts no liability for damage that is not our fault! The costs for the return of incorrectly ordered goods shall be borne by the purchaser!
